Louisa Loveluck is a British freelance journalist based in Cairo. Writing with a focus on Egypt, her work has been published by a range of international publications.
She is Egypt Correspondent for The Christian Science Monitor, and also writes for The Telegraph. Louisa’s recent print work has also been published by the Guardian, The New York Times, GlobalPost, and Vice. She has also contributed to the BBC, ITV, and CNN.

Louisa has previously worked with Chatham House’s Middle East and North Africa Programme, organizing political dialogue workshops in Cairo. She was also a researcher at the International State Crime Initiative, an academic centre based at King’s College London.
